CSkills 2nd Stage Skills Strategy Consultation
20 January 2012
Second phase consultation (Draft recommendations)
Construction Skills Strategy 2012 - 2017
A big thank you to all of you who were involved in the first round of the Construction Skills Strategy Consultation. This consultation has thrown up some really interesting observations and recommendations from stakeholders around qualifications, skills and competencies. We’ve had a lot of valuable input from industry experts on the quality and practicability of construction qualifications and how they can best serve industry needs.
A second round of consultation which focuses on draft recommendations for the Construction Skills Strategy is now taking place. The online consultation is now live and will stay open for a three week period until 10th February 2012.
Please help us by completing the consultation document
We are keen to raise response rates to this second consultation in order to fully take account of industry wide views, therefore could I please ask if at all possible if you could attach this link to your associated websites and any relevant publications that you are due to send out.
Please note: We appreciate that this document contains a lot of detail which is necessary to provide you with the full picture, however in your response please do not feel that you need to respond to all sections but only those sections that are of interest/relevance. Of course if you would like to respond to every section we would very much welcome that.
Thank you and regards
