Environmental Training for the Construction Industry Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Auditing This one-day course trains a team of in-house auditors to help maintain an Environmental Management System (EMS) that is essential for you to meet ISO 14001 auditing requirements.
The course content complies with ISO 19011 and meets all internal auditing training requirements for ISO 14001 Certification.

Who will benefit from attending?
Company supervisory or management staff members forming the internal EMS auditor team. No previous auditing experience is required, although delegates often have a background in managing, or auditing, quality and/or safety systems.
Options
The course includes a group classroom-based exercise of a simulated audit on a construction company case-study. Alternatively, client companies can arrange the practical auditing of a ‘live’ construction situation, using their own audit reporting documentation.
Course outline
The aim is to provide tools and techniques enabling the audit team to verify EMS implementation and effectiveness.
Professionally conducted audits resulting from this training will safeguard ISO Certification, while improving dialogue with external assessors.
