Company Development Advisors

CITB ConstructionSkills has a network of over 100 mobile Company Development Advisors who offer face-to-face advice on the best programme for your firm; what funding is available to you and creating a training plan to keep your business one step ahead of the competition.

Supported by an office-based helpdesk and available at short notice, the Company Development Advisors provide assistance across a whole range of training options, as well as advice on business development programmes such as Investors in People and links to Business Link and the Learning Skills Council.

Train to Gain

STEP into Construction

STEP is an initiative from CITB-ConstructionSkills which helps businesses with the recruiting of adult ethnic minorities and women.

CITB-ConstructionSkills work with you to implement a trial period for an ethnic minority/woman and can even support associated costs such as short-term childcare and equal opportunities recruitment campaigns.
