The Constructing Excellence National Awards were held on 13th November held at Lords Cricket Ground Pavilion, St John's Wood, London.
These Awards were the culmination of a series of eight regional dinners covering nine regions that took place between April and October 2008. Regional winners across ten categories were carried forward to be considered at a national level.
