Thank you for making this a fantastic and memorable occasion:
The problem with saying specific thank-yous is you might inadvertently miss someone. So a big and generic “thank you” to all the presenters, sponsors, Judges, everyone for contributing to the evening, and most of all to those organizations who submitted projects for this the inaugural Constructing Excellence East Midlands Regional Awards. Without you none of this would have been possible.
Kevin Bocquet, journalist and broadcaster, was a welcome and effective professional host for the evening, and he certainly helped make things run smoothly the evening an extremely pleasant and professional occasion.
Having said no “specific thank yous”, it would be extremely remis not to single out Terry Everett of the EMCBE for her untiring efforts in pulling the arrangements together. Most people will be unaware of the huge and detailed commitment that has to be made to successfully organise such an event as this one.

Graham has been involved with CIC since 1989. Initially, as a member of the Council and its Executive Board, then as a Director. He was appointed Chief Executive and Secretary in October 1991.
Graham is responsible for the general policy and direction of the Council, for maintaining effective communication with Government, other external agencies and with members and for establishing and maintaining the CIC Secretariat.
