Events Calendar

National Construction Week 2007 will take place across the UK between 8th and 12th October. The aim of this not for profit week is to inform young people and their influencers about the many and varied careers available in The Modern Construction Industry and to give Industry an opportunity to engage with young people.

Whilst ConstructionSkills will organise 66 events plus a launch event, the help of the Industry and the Education Sector is needed to hold events (with advice and support where required).  All that is asked for in return is that events are registered on the National Construction Week website. These events can range from work shadowing, taster days, a talk in school, a site visit to huge design and build challenges for 200 young people! Small local events are just as welcome.
