Description

Re Arranged from 05/02/09
Even in good economic times the challenge of and the struggle for success in running a business in the construction sector supply chain is tough.
Operating successfully in the cyclical market which always characterises the construction sector, requires skill and fast ‘sound thinking’ at the best of times.
The construction sector economy today is certainly a very different one than just 6 months ago, and so the challenges are in sharper focus during the special circumstances of a downturn or recession.
We don’t want business failures where they can be avoided, and the purpose of this FREE EVENT is to re-state the benefits of good business practice and management in the context of ‘surviving and thriving’ during these difficult times.
Things will get better, and when they do we need to be fit, ‘lean and mean’ and ready to take advantage of new opportunities.
So, please come and participate, expecting to learn, be refreshed and share experiences and knowledge with others.
